  • Managing incoming/outgoing phone calls and mail
  • Maintaining office supplies and creating HR files filesreferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish - Fluent in reading, speaking
  • Experience with assisting/processing Payroll - ADP experience
  • Timekeeping/ Sourcing experience with ATS
  • Intermediate or Advanced level of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, including Adobe- Candidate will supporting HRG and HRBP with interview scheduling, Communication Visuals.
  • Experience with Onboarding, job offer letters, opening requisitions, I9 verification.


  • Associates degree, highly preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and work on a team

Schedule is Monday to Friday - 7am -4pm
