Our client, a top selling cannabis brand in San Francisco, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead, develop, train, manage, and motivate the current sales team. The ideal candidate will have their finger on the pulse of the current market, a proven track record of sales success within the industry, and be willing to travel regularly throughout the Northern California region.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to all sales teams throughout Northern California
- Manage regional sales by developing a business strategy, establishing objectives, and setting quotas
- Hold the sales teams accountable to their activity and performance
- Take charge of key accounts within the region through both in-personal and virtual measures
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Report results to upper management
- Engage prospective customers and suppliers alike
- Lead sales meetings and build initiatives around opportunities for growth or areas of improvement
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the brand and/or pitch services
- Remain current on new products, market trends, and general industry knowledge
- Oversee contract negotiations
- Miscellaneous duties, as assigned  

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License, registered vehicle, and current auto insurance
- 3+ years of previous Cannabis sales experience
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern California
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Effective leadership and communication skills

Compensation: $90k-$100k/year + commission & bonus incentives
